Job summary

Spinny in Jaipur is expanding its city-wide partner garage network to support growing demand and coverage. The role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing garages to ensure optimal service delivery across the city.

You will negotiate terms, monitor performance, and maintain strong partnerships while coordinating with central operations and performing on-ground field activities to sustain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the city's partner garage network by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suitable garages based on demand and coverage requirements.
• Drive network expansion and ensure optimum territory coverage by identifying gaps and improving underperforming supply.
• Negotiate commercial terms with garage partners and ensure alignment with the company"s operating model.
• Manage relationships with partner garages and act as the primary point of contact to build trust, engagement, and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular partner reviews covering performance, earnings, quality, and compliance, and resolve partner escalations effectively.
• Increase partner throughput and business contribution through effective account management and relationship building.
• Ensure partner garages consistently meet service quality, TAT, and SLA standards and take corrective actions wherever required.
• Coordinate with central operations teams for job allocation, capacity planning, and demand-supply balancing across the city.
• Monitor partner and city-level business performance, identify operational leakages, and take necessary actions to improve margins and profitability.
• Track key performance metrics including active partner count, network coverage, city revenue/GMV, partner retention, NPS, service quality, SLA adherence, and throughput per partner.
• Be comfortable working on-ground across the city and managing field operations effectively
