Job summary

OYO is seeking a City Head for the Pune district to lead end-to-end city performance across multiple centers. The role demands ownership of P&L, strategic revenue growth, pricing, and customer experience, driving profitability and occupancy targets.

You will coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply, Finance, and HR to ensure city targets are met, build partnerships, and guide a high-performing city team toward sustained growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall P&L and business performance of the assigned city.
• Drive revenue growth, occupancy, pricing, and business expansion across centers.
• Identify opportunities to improve center profitability and Contribution Margin (CM).
• Ensure timely collections and effective management of receivables.
• Drive Opex control and cost optimization while maintaining service standards.
• Monitor center-level performance and take corrective actions to improve business outcomes.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply, Finance, and other functions to achieve city targets.
• Identify opportunities for new business, partnerships, and center expansion.
• Own customer retention, satisfaction, and key client relationships at the city level.
• Lead and manage the city team, ensuring accountability against business targets.
• Track key business metrics and provide regular performance reviews and action plans to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and operational standards.
