GoBabyGo ApS seeks a City Operations Lead to own end-to-end city hub operations, fleet health and deployment, plus P&L ownership across the city. You will drive hub performance, expand to new locations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure profitable growth.

The role requires managing multiple hubs, frontline teams and maintaining high operational discipline in a fast-paced mobility context. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, fleet, logistics or asset-heavy businesses.
• Experience managing multiple hubs and frontline teams.
• Strong analytical, execution and people-management skills.
• Ability to own P&L and city economics.

Responsabilités

• Hub Operations: Own day-to-day operations across all city hubs, including manpower, SOP adherence, hub productivity and operational discipline.
• Fleet Management: Ensure vehicle health, maintenance, availability and deployment; drive high vehicle uptime and utilisation.
• Technician Management: Track technician productivity, repair TAT, maintenance backlog and preventive maintenance.
• Hub Expansion: Identify suitable locations and manage end-to-end new hub launches location, setup, manpower, vehicles, batteries and operational readiness.
• Rider Capacity: Identify rider requirements and work with hiring/onboarding teams to ensure adequate rider supply for available fleet.
• P&L Ownership: Own city/hub revenue, controllable costs and contribution; identify opportunities to improve city economics.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Asset/Inventory, BI, Rider Lifecycle, Recovery and Payments teams to resolve city-level requirements.
• Performance Management: Conduct daily/weekly reviews and drive corrective actions based on city and hub performance.

Role Purpose

Own the end-to-end operations and P&L of the city, ensuring strong hub performance, fleet health, vehicle deployment and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Hub Operations: Own day-to-day operations across all city hubs, including manpower, SOP adherence, hub productivity and operationaldiscipline.

Ideal Profile

• 510+ years of experience in operations, fleet, logistics, mobility, EV or asset-heavy businesses
• Experience managing multiple hubs and frontline teams
• Strong fleet/vehicle management and P&L understanding
• Experience in launching new locations/hubs
• Strong analytical, execution and people-management skills
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
