Blue Star in Gurugram invites an experienced sales/marketing professional to lead the Chiller Business on the ground, managing billing, bookings and collections while forging strong ties with PMC, architects, consultants, customers, builders and contractors.

The role entails building brand equity, devising strategic programs, monitoring competition, and shaping a territory marketing plan to effectively position Blue Star products. Large deals should be converted into orders, driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Chiller Business with focus on billing, booking and collections.
• Network and build strong relationships with PMC, architects, consultants, customers, builders and general contractors.
• Build brand equity and conceive strategic programs.
• Monitor competition and benchmark against Blue Star products to position them effectively.
• Develop a territory marketing plan tailored to market and segment specifics.
• Manage large deals and convert them into orders.

• 1. Drive the Chiller Business as per ABP wrt to Billing , Booking, Collections
• 2. Network and build a strong relationship with PMC, Architect, consultants, Customers, Builders and General Contractors.
• 3. Build strong brand equity while conceiving various strategic programs.
• 4. Monitor the competition closely and benchmark with Blue Star Range of Products to effectively position in the market.
• 5. To develop a comprehensive marketing plan based on the nature of the market and segments specific to the territory.
