Salexi HR Advisory Pvt. Ltd.

plans, implements and directs the sales activities for the Applied Chiller business, aiming to maintain and expand the customer base while supervising frontline staff. Key duties include generating enquiries through consultants, customers and contractors; suggesting product ranges based on project needs; preparing quotations; achieving sales targets; and providing spec-in for large tenders with unique propositions of Daikin products.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and direct the sales activities of the company, responsible for maintaining and expanding customer base and supervising frontline staff in the Applied Chiller business.
• Generate enquiries by interacting with consultants, customers, contractors (Ex: Visiting chief engineers in hotels, call cycles to consultants etc.)
• Suggest suitable product range based on project requirement (Ex: Heat Load, customer budget, BOQ etc.)
• Prepare price quotations based on technical and commercial data available (Ex: Capacity of equipment, discount etc.)
• Achievement of sales targets.
• Provide spec-in for large tenders, by identifying unique propositions of DAIKIN products.
• Responsible for expansion of dealer network (Increasing network of existing dealers, appointing new dealers etc.)
• Coordinate with service engineers for installation & commissioning of chillers.
• Interact with customers and dealers to gather market knowledge (Ex: Competitor pricing, efficiency of machines, new models etc.)
• Ensure technical and behavioural training of dealers (Ex: Product training, how to pitch etc.)

Marketing and Sales

• Generate enquiries by interacting with consultants, customers, contractors (Ex: Visiting chief engineers in hotels, call cycles to consultants etc.)
• Suggest suitable product range based on project requirement (Ex: Heat Load, customer budget, BOQ etc.)
• Prepare price quotations based on technical and commercial data available (Ex: Capacity of equipment, discount etc.)
• Achievement of sales targets.
• Provide spec-in for large tenders, by identifying unique propositions of DAIKIN products.

Sales Support

• Responsible for handling any enquiries generated by customers.
• Ensure on time completion of order processing cycle. (Ex: co-ordination with factory, payment collection, collecting necessary documents etc.)
• Coordinate with service engineers for installation & commissioning of chillers.

Channel Management

• Responsible for expansion of dealer network (Increasing network of existing dealers, appointing new dealers etc.)
• Responsible for communicating company policies and schemes to dealers.

Market Knowledge

• Interact with customers and dealers to gather market knowledge (Ex: Competitor pricing, efficiency of machines, new models etc.)

Training

• Ensure technical and behavioural training of dealers (Ex: Product training, how to pitch etc.)
