About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Chief Wellbeing Officer to lead our organisations employee wellbeing strategy. The role will focus on creating a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace while developing initiatives that improve employee engagement, productivity and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organisation’s employee wellbeing strategy.
• Work closely with senior leadership and HR teams to embed wellbeing across the organisation.
• Design and oversee employee wellbeing and engagement programmes.
• Monitor employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Promote a healthy, inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
• Develop initiatives focused on work-life balance, employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.
• Measure the effectiveness of wellbeing programmes and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Stay informed about emerging workplace wellbeing practices and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in employee wellbeing, HR, people management or organisational development.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Strong understanding of employee engagement and workplace culture.
