Key Responsibilities

• 3. Design, review, and strengthen HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance.
• 4. Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning to attract and retain the right talent.
• 5. Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote a healthy, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
• 6. Lead performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• 7. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
• 8. Partner with department heads and senior leadership on organizational development and people-related decisions.
• 9. Oversee compensation, benefits, HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, and exit processes.
• 10. Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
