• Lead performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Partner with department heads and senior leadership on organizational development and people-related decisions.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, and exit processes.
• Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
