Job summary

Aster DM Healthcare is seeking a leader to oversee employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, and employee experience across our multi-location organization in India. The role focuses on driving programs that foster a positive workplace and strong engagement metrics.

The incumbent will design and execute annual engagement strategies, lead broad-based surveys, implement wellness initiatives, and partner with HRBPs and leadership to enhance retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR / Organizational Behaviour / Psychology or a relevant discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, and experience initiatives.
• Develop and execute annual engagement strategy and calendar.
• Drive engagement surveys, pulse checks, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
• Manage wellness programs covering physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
• Design recognition and appreciation programs.
• Drive culture-building and leadership-connect initiatives.
• Plan and execute events, campaigns, and wellness activities.
• Partner with HRBPs and leadership to strengthen employee connect.
• Manage vendors and budgets for engagement initiatives.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare MIS, dashboards, and reports.

Role Purpose

To lead the organizations employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, and employee experience initiatives, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Employee Engagement & Wellness strategy and calendar.
• Drive employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
• Lead employee wellness initiatives covering physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
• Design and manage employee recognition and appreciation programs.
• Drive culture-building, employee experience, and leadership-connect initiatives.
• Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, engagement campaigns, and wellness activities.
• Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and Corporate Communications to strengthen employee connect.
• Manage external wellness/engagement vendors and budgets.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
• Identify engagement trends and recommend data-driven interventions to improve retention and employee satisfaction.
