Job summary

Snetaj It Solutions is seeking an experienced Chief People Officer to shape a sustainable people strategy and drive organizational development. You will lead HR services, governance, and workforce transformation to deliver high-performing teams and exceptional services.

As a senior leader, you will partner with Executive Directors to implement continuous improvement programmes and provide clear, data-driven insights while handling confidential information discreetly.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership of HR services including HRBP, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Retention, Planning and Governance.
• Development and delivery of strategies to drive organizational performance and sustainability.
• Analytics and KPI reporting to support root-cause analysis and informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for employee services, including HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Retention, Planning and Governance.
• Lead the development and delivery of strategies that support high-quality, sustainability and organisational performance.
• Provide quarterly Key Performance Indicator updates and deep-dive analytics to support root-cause analysis, storytelling, and informed decision-making.
• Actively identify opportunities to automate reporting dashboards, streamline processes, and improve frameworks based on internal lessons and external best practices.
• Collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders, conveying complex data and concepts clearly while handling confidential information discreetly.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious leader to join our team as Chief People Officer. As Chief People Officer you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our People Strategy, ensuring we have a sustainable, skilled, engaged and high-performing employees capable of delivering outstanding services. As a key member of the People Directorate senior leadership team, you will work closely with Executive Directors to deliver workforce transformation, organisational development and continuous improvement programmes.
