Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) US Market Focus

We are looking for a strategic and revenue-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead global marketing initiatives for a fast-growing digital transformation company. This role requires a hands‑on marketing leader who can drive pipeline growth, strengthen brand positioning, and build scalable demand generation programs across global markets.

Salary Range: ₹ 50-100 Lacs PA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global B2B marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals
• Drive enterprise demand generation and pipeline creation
• Build and scale ABM (Account‑Based Marketing) programs
• Lead GTM strategy, product marketing, and positioning initiatives
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to improve revenue outcomes
• Strengthen brand visibility across US and international markets
• Manage content, digital marketing, events, and thought leadership initiatives
• Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing team
• Improve marketing analytics, automation, and reporting capabilities

Required Expertise

• 15+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience
• Strong exposure to US enterprise markets
• Experience in SaaS, Digital Transformation, ERP, Procurement Tech, IT Services, or Enterprise Technology
• Proven expertise in:
  • Demand Generation
  • ABM
  • Enterprise GTM
  • Product Marketing
  • Revenue/Pipeline Growth
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles
• Experience working closely with Sales and leadership teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Background

• Experience in scale‑up or high‑growth companies
• Exposure to ESG/Sustainability domain is a plus
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Global marketing experience across North America or Europe preferred
