Job summary

Rama Medicare invites a dynamic Group CEO to lead strategic and operational efforts across its six hospitals in Noida and nearby regions.

You will drive revenue growth, governance, patient safety and regulatory compliance while aligning Medical, HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Business Development to a shared vision. MBA/PGDM in Healthcare is preferred; MBBS background adds advantage.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in managing multiple hospitals/healthcare units.
• Experience as CEO/COO or Group Operations Head preferred.
• MBA/PGDM in Healthcare or MBBS background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple hospitals.
• Drive hospital-wise revenue, profitability, occupancy, patient footfall and business growth.
• Ensure clinical quality, patient safety, patient experience and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and monitor Medical, HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Business Development functions.
• Review hospital-wise P&L, KPIs, manpower productivity and cost optimisation.
• Strengthen doctor engagement, manpower planning, retention and leadership development.
• Identify opportunities for new specialties, services, partnerships and expansion.
• Establish standardised SOPs, MIS and performance dashboards across all hospitals.
• Present consolidated performance and strategic plans to the Group Management.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Group CEO to provide strategic and operational leadership across all six hospitals of the group.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall strategic and operational leadership across multiple hospitals.

Drive hospital -wise revenue, profitability, occupancy, patient footfall and business growth.

Ensure clinical quality, patient safety, patient experience and regulatory compliance.

Lead and monitor Medical, HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Business Development functions.

Review hospital-wise P&L, KPIs, manpower productivity and cost optimisation.

Strengthen doctor engagement, man power planning, retention and leadership development.

Identify opportunities for new specialties, services, partnerships and expansion.

Establish standardised SOPs, MIS and performance dashboards across all hospitals.

Present consolidated performance and strategic plans to the Group Management.

Candidate Profile

20 + Experience in managing multiple hospitals/healthcare units preferred.

Previous experience as CEO, COO, Hospital Director, Group Operations Head or Business Head.

Strong understanding of hospital operations, P&L, revenue growth, clinical governance, HR and compliance.

Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making and stakeholder-management skills.

MBA/PGDM in Healthcare/Hospital from a reputed institute. Candidates with an MBBS background will have an added advantage.
