Rama Medicare in Noida is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Clinical Efficiency & ALOS Compression to run the group’s internal healthcare machine across 16 de-risked cities. The role focuses on operational velocity, cutting clinical friction, streamlining patient discharge loops, and driving ALOS below 2.8 days.

You will align Medical heads, Senior Consultants, Professors and Nursing Chiefs, manage end-to-end operations for a 500+ bed tertiary care network, and implement fast

Qualifications

• Must have managed end-to-end operations for large tertiary care hospital of 500+ beds.
• Deep understanding of workflow integration for Xi Robotic Surgery, Day-care Laparoscopy, and short-stay observation beds
• Treat hospital bed like a high-speed aircraft - focus on safe occupancy and fast turnover
• Create and implement clear protocols to compress pre-op workups and post-op discharges
• Strong clinical command to align Medical heads, Senior Consultants, Professors and Nursing Chiefs.
• Must drive adoption of fast day-care protocols without compromising clinical outcomes.

Candidate Profile
