2070 Health Inc. seeks an experienced Business Head to own end-to-end P&L for the organization, leading revenue growth and profitability in the hospital/healthcare space. You will drive strategic planning, budgeting, and operations across clinical and non-clinical teams.

The candidate should have 12–18 years in healthcare, with 5+ years in P&L roles, and a strong grasp of NABH, regulatory norms, and payer ecosystems. This is a high-impact leadership position in Gurgaon and related facilities.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in healthcare management or general management preferred.
  • 12–18 years of experience with at least 5+ years in a P&L ownership role within hospital/healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare business models, hospital operations, and regulatory landscape (NABH, clinical establishment act, insurance/TPA ecosystem).
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Strong financial acumen — budgeting, forecasting, cost control, EBITDA management.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own complete P&L responsibility — revenue, cost management, EBITDA, and profitability targets
  • Develop and execute business strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives
  • Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Monitor key financial metrics and take corrective action to meet business targets
  • Identify new growth opportunities — service line expansion, new centers/facilities, partnerships
  • Drive patient volume growth, payer mix optimization, and revenue diversification
  • Build and strengthen relationships with referring doctors, corporate tie-ups, insurance providers, and TPAs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and healthcare industry developments
  • Oversee day-to-day hospital/healthcare operations across departments
  • Ensure operational efficiency, cost optimization, and resource utilization
  • Drive process improvements to enhance patient experience and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (NABH/JCI), and quality protocols
  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and patient-centric outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with medical directors, department heads, and clinical leadership
  • Act as key liaison with the Board/Leadership team on business performance
  • Manage relationships with vendors, government bodies, insurance companies, and healthcare partners
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and strategic partnerships

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • MBA/PGDM (Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or General Management preferred)
  • 12–18 years of experience, with at least 5+ years in a P&L ownership role within hospital/healthcare industry
