ISON XPERIENCE BPO INDIA PVT LMT is hiring a Chat Support Executive for the International Process. Based in Thane near Opal Square IT Park, you will handle customer queries via chat for a US-based food delivery/e-commerce platform.

The role requires good written English, a speed of 30 WPM, basic computer skills, and willingness to work night shifts from 6 pm to 8 am. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome, with 5 working days and two rotational off days.

Role:

You will handle customer queries via chat for a food delivery / e-commerce platform (US customers)

Responsibilities:

Handle queries related to orders, delivery, refunds

Provide quick and accurate responses on chat

Maintain good communication and customer satisfaction

Shift timing 6 pm to 8 am any 9 hrs (Rational shift)

5 day working 2 rotional off

Salary Bracket

Between 26k to 30k in-hand depends on their experience.
