Process: International Chat Process (UK)

Shift: Rotational UK Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Week Off: Rotational Offs

Transportation: Both-Way Cab Facility

CTC: Up to 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries efficiently through chat support.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to quality and process guidelines.
• Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously with accuracy and professionalism.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams whenever required.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Achieve individual KPIs including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile
