Job summary

TP in Mohali, Punjab seeks a customer support associate to handle chat and blended channels, resolving queries with accuracy while maintaining quality. You will manage a high volume of chats and collaborate with internal teams to escalate where needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in BPO or similar, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure within blended process workflows. International and domestic customers may be served.
