Responsibilities

• Maintain CMDB accuracy and integrity by ensuring Configuration Items (CIs) and relationships are up to date.
• Perform audits, reconciliation, and data quality checks within the CMDB.
• Analyze CI dependencies and relationships to support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Generate reports and dashboards related to Change Management and CMDB performance.
• Drive continuous process improvements and governance initiatives.
