Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai is seeking an IT Change Management Analyst with 4-6 years of experience to manage changes, CABs, and audit evidence.

You will coordinate CAB packs, document minutes, support audits, and ensure policy compliance across incidents and non-CAB changes, leveraging ITIL v4 and ServiceNow where available.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in IT Change Management.
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
