Job summary

M.b.sons ( J ) invites applications for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, build long-term relationships and ensure an excellent showroom experience.

The ideal candidate has 12 years in customer relations or retail, with strong English and Hindi communication and a polished appearance. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent follow-up skills are required to coordinate with the sales team and VIP customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Customer Relations, Front Office, Retail or Jewellery industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English and Hindi communication; Bengali will be an added advantage.
• Smart, presentable and well-groomed personality.
• Confident and mature approach towards customers.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally, even in difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom with a warm and professional approach.

• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up data.
• Inform customers about new collections, offers, events and showroom activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling and service.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and elevate issues when required.
• Build long-term relationships with VIP and regular customers.
• Support customer appointments, invitations and post-sales follow-ups.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
