Aristocrat in India AR Delivery Hub seeks a Cash Application Specialist to ensure accurate cash posting, remittance matching, and unapplied cash resolution across supported regions. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable cash application or related field.
• Strong understanding of AR subledger, payment matching, and remittance processing.
• Experience leading daily workflow in a shared-services or global delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash application processing for supported regions, including cash posting, lockbox/bank file review, remittance matching, unapplied cash clearing, and short-pay identification.
• Supervise cash application queues, ensure SLA adherence, conduct quality checks, and manage aging of unapplied cash across Americas and APAC support.
• Develop standardized SOPs, controls, handoffs, and critical issue paths between India Cash Application, regional collections teams, billing, and AR Resolution.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers on collections, allocations/cash application dependencies, and coordinate with the India Hub Manager for capacity planning.
• Identify posting issues, remittance gaps, deduction indicators, and unresolved items requiring handoff to collections or AR Resolution teams.
• Use authorized AI-powered tools and workflow automation to detect unmatched receipts, duplicate payments, missing remittance, unapplied cash trends, and exception patterns.
• Support automation of cash application dashboards, SLA reporting, queue prioritization, and quality checks while maintaining appropriate review controls.
• Partner with the India Hub Manager and regional AR leaders to discover automation opportunities that lower manual matching, boost posting accuracy, and hasten unapplied cash resolution.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Experience in accounts receivable cash application, cash allocation, remittance processing, unapplied cash management, or order-to-cash shared services.
• Strong understanding of AR subledger, payment matching, lockbox/bank files, customer remittance, deductions/short-pays, and reconciliation dependencies.
• Proven experience leading daily workflow, training others, monitoring SLAs, and improving process quality in a shared-services or global delivery environment.
• Strong capability to detect challenges and formulate approaches to advance cash application workflows.
• Ambitious approach with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with regional managers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using AI and automation tools for process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
