Aristocrat is seeking a Global Cash Application Lead to drive efficient cash posting and reconciliation at the India AR Delivery Hub. You will lead a team, implement automation, and partner with regional AR leaders to optimize processes and achieve SLAs.

The role emphasizes collaboration across regions, use of AI-enabled tools, and continuous improvement to reduce unapplied cash and improve posting accuracy in a fast-paced global environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead cash application processing for supported regions, including cash posting, lockbox/bank file review, remittance matching, unapplied cash clearing, and short-pay identification.
• Supervise cash application queues, ensure SLA adherence, conduct quality checks, and manage aging of unapplied cash across Americas and APAC support.
• Build standardized SOPs, controls, handoffs, and critical issue paths between India Cash Application, regional collections teams, billing, and AR Resolution.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers on collections, allocations/cash application dependencies, and coordinate with the India Hub Manager for capacity planning.
• Identify posting issues, remittance gaps, deduction indicators, and unresolved items requiring handoff to collections or AR Resolution teams.
• Apply approved AI-enabled tools and workflow automation to identify unmatched receipts, duplicate payments, missing remittance, unapplied cash trends, and exception patterns.
• Support automation of cash application dashboards, SLA reporting, queue prioritization, and quality checks while maintaining appropriate review controls.
• Partner with the India Hub Manager and regional AR leaders to uncover automation opportunities that minimize manual matching, boost posting accuracy, and hasten unapplied cash resolution.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in accounts receivable cash application, cash allocation, remittance processing, unapplied cash management, or order-to-cash shared services.
• Strong understanding of AR subledger, payment matching, lockbox/bank files, customer remittance, deductions/short-pays, and reconciliation dependencies.
• Proven experience leading daily workflow, training others, monitoring SLAs, and improving process quality in a shared-services or global delivery environment.
• Outstanding ability to identify issues and develop solutions to improve cash application processes.
• Ambitious approach with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with regional managers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using AI and automation tools for process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
