Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Cash Application Lead in Hyderabad with extensive experience in leading cash application teams across APAC, EMEA, and North America. The role focuses on managing daily activities, governance, and process improvements within a hybrid work setup.

The incumbent will drive automation, monitor KPIs, support audits, and coach analysts to deliver accurate cash postings and timely month-end closures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
• At least 4 years of people management/supervisory experience.
• Experience managing a team of 7–10 resources.
• Strong domain expertise in Cash Application across APAC, EMEA, and North America regions.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, process governance, and team performance management.
