Aristocrat is seeking an India AR Delivery Hub Manager to support global AR processing, including cash application, billing support, and credit operations. You will lead an India-based team, optimize workflows, and drive automation to scale centralized AR processing.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with regional leaders, establishment of SOPs, and ongoing improvements to ensure service continuity as AR work migrates into India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing AR, shared services, or order-to-cash teams.
• Strong knowledge of cash application, billing, credit support, SLAs, and operational controls.
• Experience managing multi-region collaborators and offshore/onshore service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate India-based AR delivery team members handling cash allocation, billing support, and credit operations.
• Own operational performance, daily prioritization, SLAs, quality, cross-training, and backup coverage across India hub activities.
• Partner with regional and process leads to align service delivery and resolve blocking issues.
• Build standard operating procedures, work intake processes, quality controls, and reporting for centralized AR processing.
• Support the migration of transactional AR work from US/APAC into India while maintaining service continuity.
• Seek ways to improve procedures, automate tasks, expand capacity, and establish consistency.
• Support automation implementation within the India AR Delivery Hub, encompassing standardized workflows, efficiency reporting, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with regional AR leaders to identify repeatable work suitable for AI-enabled automation and centralized processing controls.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing AR (preferred), shared services, BPO, finance operations, or order-to-cash teams.
• Strong knowledge of cash application, billing, credit support, SLAs, and operational controls.
• Proven experience managing multi-region collaborators and offshore/onshore service delivery.
• Outstanding people leadership, process management, and communication skills.
• Comfort using approved AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, dashboards, and standard efficiency applications to improve process accuracy, reporting, and scalability.
