Qualifications

• Proficiency with ERP systems, customer portals, and shared inbox/work queues preferred.
• Excellent written communication and ability to manage customer concerns.
• Comfort with AI-enabled tools, automation, dashboards, and productivity apps to improve accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform standardized billing processes including invoice creation, recurring billing, customer portal uploads, and invoice distribution.
• Support billing queue management and process first-pass invoice corrections and standard credit/rebill activities.
• Maintain billing documentation, status tracking, and SLA reporting.
• Address complex billing issues, contract/pricing questions, and customer concerns with regional leads as needed.
• Adhere to billing SOPs and regional service requirements.
• Provide cross-training and backup coverage across regional billing portfolios.
• Apply AI-enabled and automated tools for billing tasks and documentation.
• Identify billing exceptions and opportunities for automation improvements to Hub Manager.

What You'll Do

• Perform standardized billing processes including invoice creation, recurring billing, customer portal uploads, and invoice distribution.
• Support billing queue management and process first-pass invoice corrections and standard credit/rebill activities.
• Maintain comprehensive billing documentation, status tracking, and SLA reporting.
• Address complex billing issues, contract/pricing questions, and customer concerns, raising them to regional billing owners or AR Resolution as needed.
• Adhere strictly to billing SOPs, quality controls, and regional service requirements.
• Provide cross-training and backup coverage across regional billing portfolios.
• Apply approved AI-enabled and automated tools for billing tasks and documentation.
• Identify and flag billing exceptions, process gaps, and opportunities for automation improvements to the Hub Manager and regional billing leads.

What We're Looking For
