You will connect with students, counsel on programs, explain outcomes, and support applicants through the complete admission journey, while maintaining CRM records and aiming to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Academic Counselling.
• Experience in Online Higher Education / Online Degree Counselling preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• CRM familiarity is an advantage.

Are you an experienced education sales professional who understands the online higher-education market?

College Vidya is looking for passionate professionals who can guide prospective learners towards the right Online UG & PG Degree Programs while driving admissions and business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective students through calls, emails and meetings
• Understand learners’ academic and career aspirations
• Counsel students on suitable Online UG/PG programs
• Explain program structure, university options and career outcomes
• Guide applicants throughout the complete admission & enrolment journey
• Convert leads and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
• Maintain accurate follow-ups and student records through CRM
• Build strong relationships with prospective learners and handle objections effectively
• Minimum 2 hours of talk time daily
• Monthly revenue target of ₹5–7 Lakhs

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Academic Counselling / Student Advisory
• Experience specifically in Online Higher Education / Online Degree Counselling preferred
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Salesforce or Zoho is an advantage
• Strong understanding of online learning and digital education
• Target-driven, self-motivated and customer-centric approach
