College Vidya (Blackboard E-Learning Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking a Senior Admission Counselor to guide students through online degree options, assess their needs, and help convert leads into admissions.

You will work from the Noida office and collaborate with the CRM team to maintain accurate records and meet monthly targets. The role requires 1–3 years in online degree counselling, strong communication, and mandatory EdTech sales experience.

Formación

• Graduate in any discipline with interest in education counseling.
• 1–3 years of online degree counselling experience.
• Experience in EdTech admission sales is mandatory.
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as LeadSquared, Salesforce or Zoho.

Role Overview

We are looking for passionate Education Counsellors who have prior experience in Online Degree Admissions. If you enjoy interacting with students, understanding career aspirations, and converting quality leads into admissions, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective learners regarding Online UG & PG Degree Programs.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable universities.
• Convert warm leads into successful admissions.
• Handle objections and provide career guidance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Performance Expectations

• 200 calls/dials per day
• Minimum 2 hours talk time
• 812 admissions every month
• 57 Lakhs monthly revenue generation

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in Online Degree Counselling
• Experience in EdTech admission sales is mandatory.
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as LeadSquared, Salesforce or Zoho
• Excellent communication and sales skills
