• Comfortable with CRM tools and video conferencing platforms.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM.

Eligibility & Requirements :

• Graduate in any discipline is mandatory; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• 2-4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, higher education, EdTech, or sales is preferred.
• Comfortable with CRM, WhatsApp, email, Zoom/Google Meet, and basic computer applications.
• Strong counselling, follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
