GM Infotech Mumbai is seeking a Career Development Officer/Executive to counsel learners and drive admissions from Goregaon East, Thane, Chembur, and Pune. The role is inside sales, non-field, with incentives and relocation support.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a proven sales track record, and the ability to manage inbound/outbound leads. Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred, with attractive compensation and career growth opportunities.

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented sales professionals to join our Career Development team. The role involves counseling prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, recommending suitable educational programs, and driving admissions through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and working professionals regarding educational programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual counseling sessions.
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain and update CRM records.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of hardcore sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• HSC/Graduate/Postgraduate candidates can apply.
• Immediate joiners preferred OR Short notice period are preferred.
