About the Role

Provide expert academic counseling to prospective students and parents, bridging the gap between student aspirations and university programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conversion process from initial enquiry to final enrollment, ensuring a high-quality student experience.
• Master and manage the University ERP system to track lead status, manage documentation, and generate performance analytics.
• Mentor junior counselors and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy of the Admission Cell.
• Stay deeply informed on course specializations to provide accurate, high-level guidance.
