Key responsibilities include counseling on programs and procedures, handling inquiries, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with departments to streamline admissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Admissions, student counseling, educational sales, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding programs, procedures, eligibility, and career options.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries about admissions.
• Convert inquiries into admissions with personalized guidance and follow-up.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective students via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Conduct campus tours and assist during admission events and counseling sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with academic departments and stakeholders to facilitate admissions.
• Assist in organizing admission drives, educational fairs, school visits, and promotional activities.
• Achieve individual and team admission targets as assigned.

Required Qualifications
