Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Academic Counselors / HR Executives to counsel prospective candidates, manage enrollments, coordinate assessments, and support placement activities for our training & placement programs.

This is a consultative sales + counseling + placement coordination role (not a telecalling job).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from website, chatbot and digital campaigns
• Counsel candidates regarding training & placement programs
• Assess candidate eligibility and coordinate aptitude tests
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets
• Maintain lead records and follow-ups
• Support trainees with resume coordination and mock interview scheduling
• Coordinate placement interviews and recruiter follow-ups
• Assist in onboarding fresher-hiring partner companies

Who Can Apply
