Secure Parking Solutions is seeking a Supervisor to oversee parking operations, ensure shift punctuality, grooming, discipline, and end‑of‑shift reports.

Candidates must know automatic and manual driving with a valid license, have 4+ years of team leadership handling 30+ staff, and be computer‑savvy with MS Office, Email, and strong English communication.

• Prepare shift end reports
• Ensure SOPs are followed
• Track individual performance of cashiers and wardens
• Conduct locational training
• Conduct surprise audit checks
• Handle incidents (theft, accidents). Escalate if unresolved
• Provide customer service punctures, direction
• Handle VIP entry and exit
• Liaison with mall operations manager

Preferred candidate profile

4 WHEELER DRIVING LICENSE IS Added Advantage

Required Profile: Age 23 and above, Minimum 12th std pass(PUC) or graduate, having team management and team handling experience of minimum 04 yrs is a must have handled a team of 30+ people and more, computer savvy and well versed with MS Office, Email and Business communication Skills (English Language written and spoken), Work experience from big Retail format stores, House Keeping, Security service providing Background.).
