• Manage manpower planning, productivity, and team performance.

We are looking for a IFMS Operations Manager in Telangana, Hyderabad, India.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsible for overall branch performance including operations, client
management, business growth, financial control, and statutory compliance for the Telangana region.
Oversee "Hard Services" (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety) and "Soft Services" (Housekeeping, Security, F&B, Landscaping).
The role ensures service excellence, profitability, and long‑term client retention across IFM contracts.
Lead end‑to‑end IFM operations across multiple client sites (soft & hard services).
