Job summary

Della Resorts and Adventure in Pune, India, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the service team. You will ensure exceptional guest service, maintain hygiene and SOP standards, and coordinate with Kitchen and F&B teams to deliver timely service.

The role requires 2–5 years in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or resort setting, with strong English communication and leadership abilities. Weekend shifts and holidays may be involved.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hotel management or equivalent.
• 2–5 years' experience in F&B service.
• Experience in hotel/resort environment preferred.

• Language: Good English communication; Hindi/Marathi preferred.
• Age: 22 - 28 years.
• Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
