Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple rounds (HR, technical, leadership)
• Coordinate with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to align availability
• Handle calendar management, interview invites, reminders, and rescheduling
• Ensure smooth execution of interviews (virtual links, meeting rooms, panel readiness)
• Coordinate assessments (online/offline, case studies, tests) and track completion
• Share instructions, timelines, and follow‑ups with candidates for assessments
• Drive timely feedback collection from interviewers and evaluators
• Track hiring progress and flag delays or bottlenecks proactively
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and scheduling trackers
