Job summary

Hirekeyz Infotech Pvt. Ltd., based in Noida, is seeking an IT recruitment specialist focused on Canadian staffing. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn and portals, and managing end-to-end recruitment for Canadians IT positions.

You will coordinate interviews, negotiate pay rates, and build a strong candidate pipeline while adapting to US night shift (Mon–Fri) with weekend offs. Immediate joining is required, and cab facilities are provided for female employees.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Canada IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian IT staffing market and recruitment process.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Knowledge of Canadian hiring practices and employment types.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Willingness to work the US night shift and immediate joining is mandatory.
