The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, manage multiple requirements, and build strong candidate pipelines while ensuring timely submissions and high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in US or Canada IT recruitment/staffing.
• Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM, and candidate databases.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong screening, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze US/Canada IT job requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, location, and work authorization.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and assess profiles against requirements.
