Moneyview in Bengaluru is seeking a performance marketing expert with 4+ years of hands-on experience across digital channels including Facebook and Google Ads. You will own end-to-end campaigns, perform audience research, and leverage AI tools for data-driven optimisation.

Formación

• 4+ years of performance marketing experience in a digital agency, brand, or app-based setup.
• Affiliate marketing experience is a plus.
• Must be a self-starter who can own internal projects and prioritise by impact and urgency.
• Advanced strategic and operational expertise in Facebook (Meta) Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven experience across Google campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, App, Performance Max) and Facebook campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of ad platforms, audience research, in-app events, optimisations, pixels, and automation.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Gemini / Claude / ChatGPT / Perplexity) for advanced data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to run experiments and A/B tests to optimise outcomes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business reports.

• 1. 4+ years of performance marketing experience within a digital agency, brand, or app-based
