Job summary

XL Dynamics India is hiring Calling Specialists (Voice) for night shift to handle international clients. The role requires clear communication, good English, and a customer-focused approach.

You will make and receive calls on special projects, deliver timely responses, and maintain high service standards. Minimum 1 year in an international voice process is expected, with emphasis on accuracy and professionalism.

• Education: We hire based on individual talent, skill and work ethic. Formal degrees are not a material in our hiring decision.

Skills / Expertise

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Neutral or American Accent preferred, high accuracy in pronunciation.
• Clear voice, communicate professionally without fillers or slang.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates who have appeared for our Voice process in the last 3 months are not eligible.
• Candidates with notice period greater than 45 days are not eligible.
• Candidates with only domestic call center experience are ineligible.
