• Job Shift: Night

Key Responsibilities

• Calling Specialists are responsible for communicating with Clients on special projects.
• They must possess a very high degree of Customer Service skills and must have an urgency to ensure the Client's objectives are met. They should be very effective communicators.
• Make and receive calls related to special clients and projects.
• Have a good understanding of the process objectives and be able to communicate effectively with the clients to achieve them.

Skills / Expertise

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must have a neutral accent or American accent (preferable) with a high degree of accuracy in pronunciation.
• Must have a clear voice and be able to communicate professionally without the use of conversation fillers or slang when speaking.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
• Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
