Job description

We are hiring experienced professionals for Team Lead (TL), Quality Analyst (QA), Subject Matter Expert (SME), and Assistant Manager (AM) roles in International Customer Service (Voice).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Drive team performance and achieve operational KPIs.
• Monitor quality, provide coaching, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Handle customer escalations and support day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare performance reports and implement process improvements.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in an international customer service/contact center environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
