The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads, booking consultations, and guiding clients through Welona’s treatments and services while ensuring a smooth client experience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through ads, website enquiries, and social media
• Handle incoming enquiries from clients regarding treatments, consultations, pricing, and appointments
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into booked consultations
• Schedule and confirm appointments with doctors/clinic team
• Maintain daily call records and update lead status in CRM or tracking sheets
• Answer client questions clearly and professionally regarding clinic services
• Follow up with missed appointments, pending leads, and existing clients when required
• Coordinate with front desk and clinic teams for consultation scheduling and lead management
• Build strong relationships with clients through timely and professional communication
• Achieve daily/weekly call and booking targets
