We are looking for a confident and client-focused Sales Consultant to join Welona. The role involves understanding client concerns, explaining treatment options, recommending suitable packages, and converting consultations into sales while delivering an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their skincare, hair, wellness, or aesthetic concerns
• Explain clinic treatments, packages, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients
• Recommend suitable treatment plans based on client needs and doctor consultation
• Convert walk-in enquiries and consultations into package bookings and sales
• Follow up with leads and existing clients regarding appointments and treatment plans
• Build strong client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Coordinate with doctors, front desk, and telecalling teams for smooth client handling
• Maintain consultation records, sales reports, and lead follow-up updates
• Support clients with post-consultation guidance regarding packages and bookings
