Job summary

L&T SuFin is hiring a Relationship Manager for Buyer relations to bring buyers to our platform and drive transactions. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, identifying opportunities, and coordinating for loans/finance with banks/NBFCs. Strong relationship-building and persuasive communication in English and Hindi (local language) are essential.

This permanent role is based in India with experience requirements of 5–12 years. MBA Marketing preferred or any graduate.

Qualifications

• MBA Marketing (Preferred) or any graduate degree
• 5–12 years of relevant experience in buyer relationships or BFSI/sales

Responsibilities

• Bringing buyers to the platform and inducing transactions on the platform.
• Attaining the numbers and revenue targets.
• Identifying opportunities and offering platform-centric solutions.
• Recommending banks/NBFCs based on customer profile and coordinating for loans/finance.
• Deepening relationships through cross-sell and upsell.
• Demonstrating ability to nurture relationships and generate revenue.
