Job summary

Indigo Partners is seeking an experienced procurement specialist in Tamil Nadu to manage import ordering, coordinate with international suppliers, and ensure on-time material availability. The role involves handling import documentation, customs compliance, vendor management, and KPI-driven reporting using Power BI.

The ideal candidate will optimize inventory, OTD, and SOD compliance, while coordinating with freight forwarders and logistics teams to prevent production stoppages.

Qualifications

• Import procurement and international trade experience required.
• Familiarity with incoterms and customs regulations.
• Sourcing across multiple functions with vendor management.
• Power BI proficiency for procurement KPIs and reports.
• Freight forwarding, inventory and OTD management experience.
• Kanban/JIT, import ordering and SOD compliance.
