Job summary

Our client is hiring a Purchase Executive to support import & domestic purchases through execution, documentation follow-ups, and coordination with suppliers, CHA, and internal teams. This is a hands-on execution role, not a negotiation or sourcing position.

The candidate will prepare and track purchase orders, coordinate import documentation, liaise with CHA and freight forwarders, and maintain import trackers while collaborating with Accounts, Warehouse, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of import documents and Incoterms.
• Proficient with Excel trackers for monitoring purchases.
• Experience with Tally or Spectrum by Microbrain or similar software.
