Job summary

KOGTA FINANCIAL (INDIA) LIMITED is seeking a dynamic sales leader in Gujarat to drive car loan business and collections. You will manage a team of Relationship Officers, source new clients, and ensure servicing and disbursement of loans with a focus on performance and revenue growth.

The role requires hands-on retail sales experience, strong client servicing skills, and solid financial and analytical capabilities to optimize loan portfolio and collections across the car finance segment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and collections within asset finance products, car loans (new & used).
• Hands-on retail sales experience is required.
• Strong client servicing and relationship management.
• Good financial, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales target assigned and drive business growth.
• Lead and manage the team of Relationship Officers; scout new opportunities.
• Sourcing, servicing, and disbursing car finance business; manage overdue collections.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations for loan processing through disbursement.
• Ensure team productivity and motivation; provide training to staff.
• Manage internal & external channels for business expansion and development.
• Oversee revenue generation and handling overdue collections processes.

• Responsible for achieving the sales target assigned.
• Handling the team of Relationship Officers.
• New client acquisition & business generation of car business.
• Responsible for individual & team targets.
• Responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business and managing overdue collections.
• Taking care of team productivity and business.
• Team motivation & training.
• Giving product training to existing and new hired team.
• Managing both internal & external channels for business expansion & development.
• Coordination with other departments such as Credit and Operations for processing of loans till final disbursement and ensuring smooth servicing and operations.
• Responsible for overdue collections & revenue generation process.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant experience in sales and collection (in Asset Finance products, car loan (used & new) from banks/NBFC/financial institutions).
• Must have knowledge and hands‑on experience of retail sales.
• Good client servicing skills.
• Good financial, analytical and communication skills.
