KOGTA FINANCIAL (INDIA) LIMITED is seeking a Sales Leader to drive commercial vehicle asset finance, lead a team of relationship officers, and acquire new clients in the car finance sector. The role entails overseeing loan disbursement and managing collections across the organization.

You will coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other departments, ensuring smooth servicing and robust revenue generation while training and mentoring the team to achieve targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Commercial Vehicle asset finance and commercial vehicle loans (used & new) from banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience in retail sales.
• Strong client-servicing skills.
• Good financial, analytical, and communication skills.
