Job summary

KOGTA FINANCIAL (INDIA) LIMITED is seeking a sales leader in Jamnagar to drive vehicle loan sales, manage a team of Relationship Officers and ensure end-to-end servicing, collections and revenue generation.

The role requires strong client servicing, retail sales experience and excellent communication skills to expand channel partnerships and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Sales and Collections in asset finance, commercial vehicle loans (used & new) from banks/NBFCs/financial institutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of retail sales.
• Strong client servicing, financial acumen and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales target assigned.
• Handle the team of Relationship Officers.
• New client acquisition & business generation of vehicle business.
• Achieve individual & team targets.
• Source, service, and disburse business and manage overdue collections.
• Maintain team productivity and business.
• Motivate and train the team.
• Provide product training to existing and new hires.
• Manage internal & external channels for expansion.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations for loan processing through disbursement.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Would be responsible to achieve the sales target assigned.
• Handling the Team of Relationship Officers.
• New Client Acquisition & Business generation of Vehicle Business.
• Responsible for individual & team targets.
• Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business and manage overdue collections.
• Taking care of team productivity and business.
• Team motivation/ training.
• Giving product training to existing and new hired team.
• Manage both internal & external channel for business expansion & development
• Coordination with other departments like Credit, Operations for processing of loan till final disbursement and ensure smooth servicing and operations.
• Shall be responsible for Overdue Collections & Revenue generation process.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant Experience of Sales and Collection (in Asset Finance products, Commercial vehicle loan ( Used & New ) from Banks/ NBFC /Financial Institutions.
• Must have knowledge and hands-on experience of retail sales.
• Good client servicing skills.
• Good financial, analytical and communication skills.
